Kia Store Elizabethtown Review

I could not be more thrilled with the serivce I got at The Kia Store.  I wish every business operated under the same manner that The Kia Store did.  The were not trying to sell me on anything, or make any promises they couldn’t keep.  One of the first things my salesmen Chris said to me when I got there was, “I am not here to sell you a car, I am here to help you find the car you want.”  and he held true to that the entire time.  He answered my questions thoroughly and thoughtfully, and honestly.  The questions he did not know the answers to, he wrote down, and told me that he was a 100% positive of the answer, so he would find out for me. Which he did, he came back with answers to questions that I forgot I asked.  There was never any pressure to buy from him, when I told him that I wanted to go get my wife before I made anymore research he, understood, gave me his card and just told me to give him a call when I was bringing her back.

Although I was very serious about buying a car, it was hard to find time to get me and my wife to the dealership.  It took us about two weeks to get back to the Kia Store Elizabethtown.  Instead of pestering me and calling me everyday, Chris and I stayed in contact via email, and it wasn’t just “when are you coming in” he kept me posted with good information about cars they traded for, and also told me to fill out the used car finder form on the Kia Etown website.  I filled out this form on the website, and let them know the kind of used car I was looking for.  Within days chris emailed me again and told me they found a slightly used 2010 Kia Optima, with all the options I was looking for.  He let me know how much they wanted for it at the auction, and how much I could expect the dealerships to sell it for. He even sent me a detailed buying form, that included how much they were going to give me for trade, what Interest rates I could expect, and even included taxes, license, and processing fee cost.  You could tell chris really spent time on this and it was just very comforting.

I told Chris that the numbers looked good and pending a successful test drive, that we would agree to those terms.  We came into the dealership the following Saturday, the car was waiting for us in the front of the dealership, and Chris was as well.  He threw us the keys and allowed us to take it for a spin alone.  We came back from the test drive and we both loved it. I told Chris that we wanted it.  He said great, and pulled out a folder with a lot of paper work, which really scared me.  He opened the folder and the paperwork was already filled out, with the exact figures we talked about over the internet.  All I had to do was sign a few papers and we were done.  It was just such breath of fresh air to go to a car dealerships and not be hassled or stressed out.  It is was used car buying at its best.
